I love UD primer...but is $19.00, but i can tell you, it works divine!
I just discover elf cosmetics a very long time ago, but never had the chance to try their primer.
All i can say, is I FELL IN LOVE!, is very good for just $1.00!!
I have very oily lid and always use a eyeshadow primer plus a paint pot, because i live in a very hot weather/humid place! PUERTO RICO ;)
CONLUSION!
urband decay is worth the price, but I if you want a cheap altenative buy the E.L.F. one! ;)
